I had so much fun with this month’s graphic t-shirt style guide! And I’m pretty sure that’s because this month’s T-Shirt Club tee is extra special.
Instead of me going through my usual design process, I decided to get some other people involved in this month’s design… YOU!
I asked T-Shirt Club subscribers and Framed social media followers to help me design the May t-shirt and wow, did y’all respond! You had ideas and opinions about colors, designs, all the things.
In the end, we narrowed it down to four designs and let everyone vote. I LOVE the design you chose. Its message of kindness is so important right now, and it’s just plain adorable.
And can we talk about this color? It’s called Heather Magenta and it’s perfect for spring and summer! It’s a color that looks good on everyone!
Let’s jump into how you can style the May T-Shirt Club tee. Because styling is more than “wearing.” It’s starting with the tee and creating an outfit–a look. And this tee was so fun to style.
Style #1 – Add a Cardigan and Fun Accessories!
Layers are SUCH a great way to turn your graphic tee into an outfit. And these cardigans are the perfect layer! Their longer length, lightweave texture, and pockets pair so well with the May t-shirt and some of my favorite distressed jeans.
Accessories matter, of course! I added a pair of twisted hoop earrings, super cute black sandals, and a cream bag!
This look will take me from an afternoon of lunch and shopping to work and even date night!

Style #2 – T-Shirt, Denim Shirt, and Skirt… Yes, Please!
You’ve probably noticed that I’m a jeans girl. Most days, you’ll find me in jeans. Whether it’s to work, hanging around the house, watching my daughter play sports, or even speaking on a big stage… I’m usually in jeans.
But… there are times when even this jeans girl wants to do something a little different. And pairing a graphic tee with a khaki skirt is SUCH a great look! If you still need a little pop of denim, and I do, adding a long-sleeved denim top is the perfect touch!

Style #3 – All About Kimono Love!
At Framed, we LOVE kimonos! Graphic t-shirt style tip: Layering a kimono over a graphic tee instantly makes it just a bit special. It’s a little fancy, a lot flowy, and just plain beautiful!

I paired it with linen shorts for one look and my go-to white jeans for another, a super cute bracelet stack, and pink sunglasses. Style #4 – Beach Bag Fun!
The right bag can make an outfit something special! And this striped beach tote is definitely the right bag. I started this look with the May t-shirt, white distressed jeans, and my bling sandals.
To make this look feel like summer, I added super cute acrylic earrings from the Monogram Box™, a bracelet stack, and pink sunglasses. I’m ready to get out into the sunshine and have some fun!
