Ahhh, fall. We love you so.
I love summer, too. I really do. Lazier days, pool time, family time, not so much running to all the activities time. But summer also means oh-my-gosh-is-it-ever-going-to-stop-being-hot?!
Fall means cooler days and sometimes – even in Texas – a crisp feeling in the air. It means football – Friday Night Lights watching my daughter do her thing on the drumline (and wow, is she good!) It means pumpkin everything, apple lots of things, and constantly trying to figure out where the smell of cinnamon is coming from. 😄
Fall is a feeling as much as a season. It makes me feel like slowing down a bit and getting comfy and cozy with a good book. Sidenote: this is the year I finally discovered a true love for reading books and I am HERE for it!
